Dean Yeotis
Sharla R. Charpentier earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree with highest distinction in 2000 from Indiana University – Bloomington, with a major in Criminal Justice and Political Science and was awarded the Outstanding Senior Award from the Criminal Justice Department. In 2003, Ms. Charpentier received her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School – Ann Arbor. Ms. Charpentier is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Florida Bar. Ms. Charpentier has practiced criminal law as an Assistant Public Defender in Orlando, FL, and civil law as the President of the Law Office of Sharla R. Charpentier. Ms. Charpentier is now an Associate at the Law Office of Dean T. Yeotis, handling employment related cases. Ms. Charpentier lives in Grand Blanc, MI with her four children.

Gregory Meihn is a partner in Gordon Rees office in Bloomfield Hills, where he focuses his litigation practice in the core areas of Employment and School Law. He regularly represents and consults with insurance companies, cities, townships, municipalities, schools, and employers on employment and labor issues. Greg has received the status of Super Lawyer, Top Lawyer for 2021, Lawyer of the Year, 2019 and 2020, recognized as a 2018 Leader of the Law, Michigan Lawyers Weekly and Michigan Lawyer Weekly’s 2022 Hall of Fame.
Greg has litigated to trial over 65 cases in the United States and Europe. Greg has published numerous articles on employment issues in both the local bar association and the State of Michigan.

Shelby Schamberger is the Human Resource Director for Gove County Medical Center; a Critical Access Hospital located in Northwest Kansas.
While obtaining her Master’s in Business Administration at Bellevue University, Shelby worked within a corporate organization, where she worked with 700+ employees spanning across 7 states.
At Gove County Medical Center, Shelby combines her business and human resource background to serve as a strategic business partner for the hospital. With over 7 years of human resource experience, Shelby provides counsel and support through her comprehensive background in human resource management, recruitment, retention, compensation, labor relationship, and policy interpretation.

Rahul Mahna
Rahul Mahna is a Managing Director and leads the Managed Technology
Services (MTS) team within EisnerAmper Digital with over 20 years of experience in IT technologies, software development and cybersecurity services. Rahul has extensive experience with companies such as startups to midlarge cap organizations. He is involved in many entrepreneurial business endeavors that have led him to understand how to maximize technology efficiencies while managing risk.
Rahul is adept at developing, deploying, and supporting information systems, establishing highly effective IT riskbased policies and procedures, and consistently establishing harmony between IT and organizational objectives. With clients in all verticals, Rahul has enabled the MTS team to manage IT risk across all systems, networks, cloud, and software solutions being implemented. He is affiliated with major IT product and software providers, therefore optimizing solutions to be cost effective for client needs. Rahul often works with C-level executives, board of directors and private equity organizations to analyze current IT exposure, create IT roadmaps and develop cybersecurity strategies.
Prior to joining the firm, Rahul was an IT entrepreneur with extensive experience in operations, venture funding and mergers and acquisitions. As a frequent speaker on such topics such as cybersecurity, disaster recovery, IT management, CIO advisory, and technology team dynamics, Rahul has been quoted in leading industry publications including CIO Magazine, Information Week and Network Computing. In addition he has built models of risk identification and created the proprietary EisnerAmper Fir$T Look cybersecurity risk framework to manage clients IT risk, spending and planning analysis.

Jaime serves as EVP of Best Companies Group and Color Magazine. Prior to BridgeTower, he served as Senior Vice President of Customer & People Success at HIVE Diversity, a virtual recruiting platform that connects companies with employees of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Before that, he was a Regional Leader of LinkedIn’s customer success team, helping to manage the company’s relationships with large global enterprises. He began his career in HR Tech at Great Place to Work, and served in several leadership roles, including Vice President of Partnership Programs.
Jaime earned his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from St. Mary’s College of California, and his MBA from The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He lives with his wife and son in the Bay Area
